Welcome to Silkoh Jewelry's partner (hereby referred as "affiliate") program!

By applying to become a Silkoh Jewelry affiliate, you accept that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering with us.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping & Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

Definitions

a) "Affiliate" refers to the individual or entity who has agreed to participate in Silkoh Jewelry's affiliate program.

b) "Agreement" refers to these terms and conditions.

c) "Silkoh Jewelry" refers to the company and its website, https://www.silkoh.com/.

d) "Commission" refers to the payment made to the Affiliate by Silkoh Jewelry for any sales made through the Affiliate's unique affiliate link or coupon code.

Application

a) To apply to become a Silkoh Jewelry affiliate, the Affiliate must complete the user registration form provided via email account.

b) Silkoh Jewelry reserves the right to reject any application at its discretion.

Affiliate Responsibilities

a) The Affiliate is responsible for promoting Silkoh Jewelry's products in a truthful and honest manner.

b) The Affiliate may promote Silkoh Jewelry's products using the Affiliate's unique affiliate link or coupon code.

c) The Affiliate may not use any illegal or unethical promotion methods.

d) The Affiliate may not make any claims about Silkoh Jewelry's products that are not supported by scientific evidence.

e) The Affiliate may not represent Silkoh Jewelry's products as a medical treatment or cure for any condition.

Commission

a) The initial base commission rate for the Affiliate is 10%.

b) Commission is paid on the net sales made through the Affiliate's unique affiliate link or coupon code.

c) Commission is calculated on the net sales made after any discounts or returns have been applied.

d) Commission is paid on a monthly basis.

Use of Affiliate's Media

a) The Affiliate agrees that Silkoh Jewelry may use any media submitted by the Affiliate (such as photos or videos) in connection with the promotion of Silkoh Jewelry's products on Silkoh Jewelry's website and social media channels.

b) The Affiliate represents and warrants that any media submitted to Silkoh Jewelry is owned by the Affiliate or that the Affiliate has obtained all necessary permissions and licenses for the use of the media.

c) The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold Silkoh Jewelry harmless from any claims arising from the use of the Affiliate's media.

Termination

a) Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time without cause.

b) In the event of termination, the Affiliate will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

Limitation of Liability

a) Silkoh Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate's participation in the affiliate program.

b) Silkoh Jewelry's liability shall be limited to the amount of commission paid to the Affiliate under this Agreement.

Governing Law

a) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.

b) Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Victoria, Australia.

By submitting an application to become a Silkoh Jewelry affiliate, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
